Customer Testimonials

close and convenient

Prompt pick up service and drivers are generally very friendly

Your staff are always professional and and courteous.

Service is the best! Never have to wait for a bus, very efficient. Our car battery was dead on our most recent trip and someone came over quickly (in the rain) and happily helped us out. Easy to book and excellent pricing. Love the rewards program.

The drivers were very prompt and courteous. Instead of having to haul our luggage to a pick up point I loved the fact that they had pulled up behind our truck before we were even out of the vehicle. They helped with our luggage onto and off of the bus. They also were prompt at picking us up at the terminal upon arrival. The gentleman at the payment booth was also very polite and prompt to help upon exiting. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

Easy to get to easy parking

The kindness of the drivers and how simple it is to do. Thanks!

Awesome online ease. People are friendly and courteous.

I love the quality of service. I left my coat in the shuttle van and an associate called me and told me he placed in my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bus was already waiting when I parked, the driver was very nice and polite. She even accommodated me and my son to be dropped off as close as possible to the airline. The way back was also fast. Thank you!

Prompt courteous

Easy into lot and easy out. Great shuttle drivers!

When trying to exit the scanner would not read my phone (several in line same problem). I pressed the phone button no answer. We backed out and drove around until we found someone and they said we needed to use the window lane and someone would help us. So we all got in the window lane. Need to have your equipment in working order and staffed.

Efficient and friendly service.

Everybody was extremely helpful!

I like that I can notify with my phone and the driver is less than 10 minutes away to pick you up at your vehicle.

Picked us up quick

Services were provided as advertised. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was close to airport which allowed quick in/out.

Frequency of shuttle visits to each terminal. Usually a short wait. Also like the text message sent when I call for pickup to identify which terminal that I’m waiting for pickup. Drivers friendly and helpful with luggage.

The shuttle service was amazing!

Excellent experience.

Continues to be efficient, with shuttles coming and going regularly.

Experienced a problem with the booking but very helpful attendant on my exit 1/1/23 in the afternoon. Please thank her
