The outbound ride to the airport we had to wait for a driver. On the return there were more Park/Ride plus transport available. Overall the service was good. Drivers were very helpful. I felt safe although my flight was delayed and I got there late there was a parking attendant available.
Good Value - It has taken the place of an Uber or Super Shuttle for our weeklong trips.
Pickup speed - You have a good system for getting the shuttles to our car as we park. When we return to MSP, we generally have only a short wait, if any, for the shuttle to arrive.

Online reservation was easy, no waiting when we dropped off the car (valet), and the car was waiting on us when we returned. Ride to the airport was about 10 minutes and when we returned, there was a shuttle waiting.

I have used the valet service several times. The attendants are responsive and very helpful. They even repacked our overstuffed car, down to the stroller much more efficiently than we did. Friendly and helpful service each time.
