We used the valet service. Quick check in process and the shuttle was there quickly. Driver assisted with bags. On the return we only waited a few minutes for the shuttle and our car was waiting for us

Your location is very convenient, somewhere between my home and the airport and the drivers and buses are ready and available to take people to or from the airport without much waiting. Driving round and round the airport parking places is very frustrating and one may end up parking so far away that it becomes a problem for those who have bad knees or legs! Also, leaving very early or returning very late is no longer a concern because one is dropped off or picked up and does not have to walk around alone in the dark. Finally, your rates are cheaper than the airport parking! Thanks.

Friendly, didn't have to wait long for transfers, easy in and out of location, shuttle driver was amazing! Helped me with my luggage and made sure that my car would start.. would come back here and will highly recommend it to my friends ☺️👍
Last time it took a long time or about a half hour for a shuttle to come and pick me up. This time was about 15 minutes. Although it was better, I just think if I’m paying that amount to park for a week, a shuttle should be more available and be there within 5 minutes. It’s just a thought and I’m still happy with the service overall.

very courteous staff and helpful. I will say though the car wash was a very disappointing for $99.99. The outside was clean but they missed a few outside areas in the rear lift of the car leaving dirt. I'm not sure if they hand washed or ran through autowash and then just quickly wiped down. It doesn't look as though they hand waxed or took the time as I was led to believe for a $99.99 service. Interior they missed wiping the back of the right front passenger seat which had a small smudge and they missed all of the interior doors edging so all had that unclean dirt that occurs from traveling on rainy roads and the water leaves a dirty film where the edge of all car doors was present. They also did not clean the driver side mat so it was disappointedly dirty. For the interior they used a shine wax product which now has areas that they missed so I have a shine everywhere except a few areas where it has been missed and you can see the difference. I took pictures for you on my next drop off. It was late that night so I didn't want to go through the process of inspecting the car until home from business travels. That is the only miss and disappointment I have for you and unless handled I'll probably never get that service again from you and just stick with parking.

It’s easy to get to and usually fast when they pick you up at the airport.
The dropoff and pickup was smooth and easy, even late at night, and the employees were very courteous and helpful.
The only thing I disliked was that the parking lot layout was kind of confusing and I got lost on the way out.
I appreciate that there is a reasonably priced option for parking near the airport and the shuttle service both to and from the airport is excellent.

Knowing that my vehicle is somewhat safe and the transfer to the airport is seemless.
regular shuttles, rarely do I have to call for a pickup. What I don't like is the last 3 times I have been there the women shuttle drivers, who are friendly, but do not help with my bags. I'm 68 and would appreciate a hand. The men drivers in the past lift the bags onto and off the shuttle and sometimes wheel them over close to my trunk. If they aren't busy, I've even had them put them into the trunk and of course tip accordingly.
