Ease of parking and courteous drivers. I made the reservation and when I arrived didn’t wait but a few minutes for the shuttle. I don’t remember then mans name who picked me up. When I returned Cliff was the shuttle driver, he was very courteous and helped me with my luggage. I commented on his music, smooth jazz, it is my favorite too.
I would definitely recommend Park N Fly and will use the service for several more trips I have planned this summer.

Will not use any other parking. Lot becoming busy. I will use Park N Fly as 1st choice. Only if they are full and/or only seem to have valet parking only will I every change. I hope it does not come to that. So far every bus driver I have met is really nice. I felt bad when I did not have any small bills for a tip when I parked last time. Upon return I made up for it. Just wish I could have split it with the 1st driver.

Your staff members are fantastic. Always right there if I need anything. So nice to be picked up and dropped off at my car. Great to have the driver write down my parking spot. Basically, I don't need to think or worry about anything. I appreciate having seatbelts in the van, and I've never been uncomfortable with the driving. I also appreciate staff wearing covid masks still. In short, I feel as though your staff anticipates all my needs and concerns and takes excellent care of me. And, of course, there's always a van ready to get me to the airport so I'm not stressing about that. A+ all the way around !! Great people = Great business !!! Thanks !!!!
