I’ve been using PNF for years.
I will say I noticed a slight improvement in the checkout service employees. Previously I felt like I was interrupting their personal calls. How dare I bother them when the scanner fails to read my scan & open the gate!!!! This was the one challenge we faced at PNF. Perhaps you’ve made a change.
The customer service and the sense of security that is provided is amazing.
