Your customer service - people are friendly, know their jobs and are dependable. What I DON'T LIKE is that it is impossible for me to make an online reservation, change my password or log in. Thankfully one of your staff made my reservation in-person over the phone.

This was the first time I used Park N Fly. It was the best experience I’ve ever had parking and getting to the airport in Minneapolis!! Shuttles were there very fast and very helpful. Thank you. We appreciate all you did to help us.
Fast pickups and drop-offs. Friendly drivers who often go beyond what's expected.
Much better than last time. Bus driver told us where to park, said she was right behind us. When we returned, Bus was there waiting. Driver put luggage in trunk without being asked.
