Customer Testimonials

Prompt and very easy to use. I felt my vehicle was in good hands. Then there’s Tina. She went out of her way to accommodate us when a situation arose!!!

To too long for shuttle to arrive but driver and service was awesome.

First time using and it was easy to find and figure out. All employees were very friendly.

Easy parking. Fast service on shuttles!

Easy access reasonable service.

Price is reasonable. The facilities are clean and attractive. The checking and out are quick and easy.

Punctual, clean waiting room, and fairly priced.

The site was very easy to use. We chose to valet the car and it made it so much easier. We just pulled right up and someone was right there to help with our luggage immediately. The staff was so friendly and reminded us to take a picture of our ticket just in case we lost it. When we landed we simply sent a text, rode the shuttle back to the lot and our car was waiting for us. Again, someone was right there to take care of our luggage. I will definitely use Park N Fly Plus again!! Thank you!!

Service is very good and timely.

Very convenient!

Efficient, friendly.

Easy parking and overall shuttle service back from the airport is available with minimal wait.

Easy and convenient, friendly staff.

The drivers are awesome and I love the timing on pickups. Very easy transition

Very convenient & professional .

We like that your drivers are friendly and helpful. They are also very prompt when picking us up. You were overbooked for the covered parking when we got there so had to park in the uncovered area. The driver told us to call and you would take care of the refund. I did call and someone took care of it.

Fast, friendly, and safe

Staff is friendly. I appreciate their willingness to help load and unload my luggage. The valet team is so very helpful and quick.

Drop off was easy, and the bus was waiting for us. The driver took our bags on and off the bus. When we arrived back, the bust was right outside the door of the departures and put our bags onto the bus and our car was waiting. The driver even put the bags into our trunk, without being asked!!

It is always very smooth sailing to get to the airport and to return to our car. Well done, Park 'n Fly@

The driver was so amicable and patiently waited for to park, settle, and get to the shuttle. He helped with our baggage. Very smooth ride and took us quickly and we are glad that he did since we almost missed our flight.

Turn key! So easy. Everyone helpful and friendly. Timely, safe, and clean buses. Just couldn’t be easier honestly. Especially with the prepay and QR code.
