Plenty of space. Help was available and helpful both entering and exiting. Nancy very patient while I searched for ticket at the exit. Price is fair. I like the locked gate system and will certainly use your facility again. No negatives to the experience!

It is quick and easy to get parked and get to/from the airport. The staff is friendly and the lot is secure. The shuttles are clean and relatively new, too.

Everything was outstanding, the customer care, service, attention, courtesy, van ride to and from the airport, everything! Not a single complaint. Everything was above and beyond anything I have experienced at any other parking location at Miami airport.

The online service was great. The handoff and pick up was flawless. The problem was once I arrived and notified them that I was ready for pick up it took about 35 minutes waiting at the airport. The airport is about one and a half miles away.
