Convenience and reasonably priced

Seemless

It was easy to use, we had some trouble at the gate. And a person came right out to help scan our code. And the shuttle was right there to drop us off and quick to pick us up.

EVERYTHING!!!! I’ve Only used Park-n-Fly for Years! I Trust them with my vehicle! I’ve often used their car washing service. The Staff is Absolutely the Best! Always having a great sense of humor and seem to love their job. That says a lot about their management. The drivers are always smiling and so helpful getting my luggage on and off the bus. I look forward to the conversations as they get me to the terminals. Thank You for being ‘There’!! I look forward to my next trip and visiting with your staff! You are The Best!

Ease of use

It is easy to get in. Pick up is quick. And dropping off at the car is great!

Quick, friendly driver, ability to call shuttle for MSP terminal 2 location late at night.

Reservation system with QR code scan in/out. Always appreciate the car wash.

The attendant was very friendly, dropped us off/picked us up in a VERY timely manner....both early in the morning and late at night. We really appreciate being able to pay online. Great service!

The pick up at parking location is very quick, but pickup at the airport is sketchy, and long waits.

The cost is reasonable and I feel safe leaving my car.

The drivers are very helpful, although a few are unable to lift much weight.
