Easy in easy out

It is nice to have this service available of parking and shuttled over to airport. I was disappointed when I reserved park car cover and ended up in upper open parking.

The drivers are usually pretty good anyways, but my last return home, Patrick F went above and beyond even though I was Self Park (for the first time). Great personality and very in tune to me as a "delayed flight, tired, and irritable passenger."

We like your online reservation system, we like the service at the Park 'N Fly facility.
The van driver picked us up within minutes and was friendly and helpful. We were able to enter and exit with no issues.

The only concern I have is that I did not get a timely response to an email I sent.
I signed up for your frequent Parker program and sent an email requesting credit for our first stay. I have not heard back yet. I gave it 4 days, then sent a second request.
Is this something you could follow-up on for us? Thank you.

Easy to park close to airport

All the employees were great, the drivers and the women that checked us out at the gate were so pleasant. The van was ready right when we got to the facility and we only had to wait a few minutes at the airport when we got back. Plus they drive you right to your vehicle and help you with your bags!!

Very well lit and clean, very close to the airport. We had the same driver on 1/20/23 at 3:00 a.m. and on our return Tuesday, 1/24/23 at 1:00 a.m. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was awesome! Very friendly and just a delight, especially at those early hours of the morning!
