What do you like about our services?

Pick up at the car, drivers are pleasant and drop off at my car at the end of the trip. Driver brushed the snow from my car off this past trip. This trip was the first time indoor parking wasn’t available so the drivers extra effort was greatly appreciated.

Very fast picking up from your car to take yo to the airport and are there to pick you up within minutes on your arrival. When we made it home it was snow on our cars. The driver took out his snow removal stick and took the snow off our windshield, that was so nice of him

What do you like about our services?

Scanning in and out have greatly improved (as the owner promised). My bus driver Emilio not only helped with my bag, but offered to clean the snow off my car. He saved me some time and effort...I was wowed. See you next week!

What do you like about our services?

I like the very friendly drivers, the convenience and the timeliness of the pick ups and drop offs. What I am sad about is that you've raised your prices from a reasonable $8/day for Uncovered to $12 a day. I work in the California prisons and travel to Cal monthly I live on a very meager salary and now must consider whether I can afford this convenient parking situation or whether I will now need to take the bus. Anyway, thank you for your good service.

What do you like about our services?

Patrick was wonderful! He greeted us with a friendly smile and quickly helped us with our bags when we arrived home to Bradley. When we got back to the parking facility he even went as far as taking the bags from the shuttle right to our car for us. We have always used this company and will continue to do so! Thank you again Patrick!

Last night the driver saw me wave as I came out the United terminal door. He had gone too far to safely stop and wait, so he did a loop around and got me. It was much appreciated!
