Customer Testimonials
The gate checkin staff were very helpful. The shuttle buses were timely
Functionality of booking a space is great, BUT, when one arrives back to SFO, using the app to call a bus is NOT intuitive. Really need to work on calling or ordering a bus when you arrive at your home airport. Possibly even add the LOCAL phone number when you open the APP so that you can confirm they are on the way.
