Customer Testimonials

Scheduling the service was fast and easy on the website. Entering the property and finding a parking space was simple and very convenient since all we had to do is stand by our car for the transport van to collect us. To my surprise the driver completed a lot tag where our car was parked gave it to us to give to the driver upon our return. The return trip to the parking lot was just as easy. Lastly, the daily rate was good.

Don’t have to change time of car pick up if there is a flight delay and shuttle driver cleaned off all of our cars (those who were in the same shuttle) as it snowed while we were away. Very nice staff starting with the attendant at the gate for entry.

Everything was very fast from when we first entered the covered parking area, to getting picked up and to the airport! As was the same getting picked up, a shuttle pulled in as soon as we got the parking lot, and brought to our car. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well, and the rates are reasonable. I will be using this for future use!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait to get picked up from self parking was longer than expected but the trip back after my trip was great.

Shuttle driver very friendly and courteous! Very efficient .

Your associates are always super fast and courteous. I love parking here!

I returned last night from my attending my mothers funeral. I had lost the ticket that had where I parked on it. Your driver told me not to worry we would go up and down the aisles until we found it. When I went to get off the bus she said something very meaningful to me. Not only did she provide a wonderful service, she went above and beyond and made me feel like family.

Easy to find. Enclosed lot w security. Quick access to and from the airport. Very nice evening driver

Drivers were very nice and helpful.

The drivers were very friendly. Our flight returned to the airport late, I called to let them know we were waiting in the airport, the shuttle came within 10 minutes. 👍

My car is in a secure location and pickup is hassle free.

Quick pickup at parking lot and upon arrival at airport. Drivers carried luggage on and off bus for us, put luggage in back of our vehicle, and even offered to scrape snow off of our car!

Great service with polite and helpful drivers

Efficient, easy check in and out, quick drop off and pick up at airport, Price point very competitive. Don't believe it could be quicker in and out than our multiple experiences at Park N Fly.

Decently fast. Drivers are all friendly.

Polite and efficient

Fast pickup with my car washed and ready!

Frequent shuttles, competitive rates and loyalty program

My pickup driver was very courteous and I really like the new app. It’s nice to see where the shuttle is at.

I liked the shuttle and the convenience of getting to my car after a long flight.

Great staff, convenient parking at good rate.

Easy pickup and drop off.

Polite bus drivers and always on time!

Guessing that you may have a workforce shortage, as do many other employers. There seemed to be over-booking of spots and it took some time for a shuttle to show up. Typically it’s so organized and speedy.

Seamless drop off and pickup at your facility. Shuttle busses always there and very timely.

Easy booking, easy drop off, shuttle team is always awesome. They get you to the airport safely. Never a doubt while I’m away that my car isn’t safe and secure! A soon as I land and get my luggage, they are quick to pick you up and get you back to the car so you can get back home. I love these guys!!!

You did a great job on my last trip

Easy and efficient.

We appreciate the convenience and timeliness of delivery to and pick-up from the airport.

NOTE: this time we DID NOT receive a confirmation e-mail with the QR Code the day before our departure. That made entering and leaving the lot unnecessarily challenging and frustrating.

Thanks!

Love the ease of booking the parking service.
