Parking my car at Park 'N' Fly is convenient, and it's easy to get to the airport quickly from the site. It's slightly less easy to get back, considering that SFO has relegated "offsite airport parking services" to the end of the row of pickups, and that sometimes it takes a little while for the shuttle to arrive. But this is small stuff; overall, it's a good service.

I always appreciate the assistance and drivers. They are always pleasant, helpful, and courteous to all. The only negative I had on my last trip was this. We had a valet member on the bus that we dropped off first, but then we exited the ramp and drove through the lot before going back into the ramp to drop off others in the ramp. If I had known, I would have just gotten out with the valet individual and walked to my car. Maybe next time it would make more sense to complete the ramp stops first and then the lot? Maybe it was a new driver, I am not sure. Either way, the service was great. Just a recommendation. Thank you.

Great customer service! My car battery was dead, I called and the person was there with the charger within 5 minutes. I also like that the driver follows you when you enter the parking lot until you find a spot, and is right there, no waiting or having to walk a long way to the shuttle. Very positive experience!
