Customer Testimonials

PNF is getting back to there former C/S promptness. It is not there yet, but it is getting better.

I received excellent service on both trips - to the airport and back after my trip. The drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated that the driver removed the snow from my car.

Prompt

Very nice drivers, speedy service, easy and convenient, loved the indoor parking, and close to airport! Will definitely use again!

Close, convenient and reasonably priced.

Fast shuttle. Reliable. Relatively affordable

service was amazing

Quick pick up at all times especially when you first pull in

Wonderful! Nice to be dropped off right at my vehicle.

The prompt pickup and the friendly helpful drivers were great, no complaints. They were cheerful and professional.
My only problem was finding the exit. The signs weren't getting me to the right place. I drove around searching, and finally found the exit. It was dark and my first time parking there, so that may have been a factor.

It’s always an easy, quick in & out. Very short wait, if there is one, for the shuttle.

Efficient and courteous

So friendly and even cleaned off our snowy cars and let us wait in the bus!

inexpensive and the suttles are quick so you don't stress about making your flight and wait around when you get back

Quick airport shuttle transportation

Flawless! The app is fantastic. You could add a button to navigate to your facility but other than that it a great app. When I got to OAK I waited and didn't see a shuttle so I looked at the app and saw the shuttle at your facility so I pushed the button to come pick me up. The shuttle started moving almost immediately. Some other people were waiting as well but didn't realize they could request a shuttle. Drop off at my car was unexpected and I was thankful for that as I was quite worn out from my trip. Thank you, I'll be back.

Organized system

Everything

I love the door to door service and especially the valet covered parking option.

Convenient. Easy. Friendly.

Shuttle drivers really make the place. Very nice, courteous, and helpful. Rates are also very competitive. A much more pleasant experience than the Midway economy lots.

Everyone we encounter is so pleasant, very efficient and polite. Our shuttle driver on our return even cleaned the snow off of our car!!! Great service, we've used Park N Fly many times and will continue to do so!!

Many vans, quickly picked up and delivered to and from airport.

Smooth transportation and pickup.

Cheapest parking, friendly staff, never had a bad experience

Our driver from the airport to Park N Fly was extremely likeable and friendly.

It was very slick making a reservation. Upon arrival, we pulled in and scanned the paper. When we returned, we called for a pick up and just scanned the paper and we were out.

Our car would not start and you jumped it so we could get home

Valet attendants were the best!
