Easy, convenient and not expensive the entire process was seamless
Prompt and accessible
The check-in was great as was the exit process. I was assigned a spot in ROW 1 along the fence. I had never parked there before and will not park there again. Upon my return, my car had a sticky substance all over it. It looked like someone had sprinkled this all over my car. It would not come off when I took it to a professional car wash and I ended up having to detail it to remove the scum from my car. Pretty expensive.
I have used your site numerous times over the years and never had this happen before. You might want to look at ROW 1.
I will see you again in March and hope there is not a repeat performance.
Primpt pick up upon arrival. Great customer service all around.
Great services
It was seamless. Parked our car, van was waiting. Given exact information on where to find van on our return. Went right to our car and out. The return check out process worked perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Should I have the need, I would come back.
