The drivers were amazing. The rates were great. I would recommend having better signage at the gates so we know what to do. Scanning the code emailed to us was not clear and the agent at the gate (same one when we parked vs when we left) was not friendly about the process.

Making the reservation was easy and the instructions on getting into and out of your lot was easy to follow. The drivers were very friendly and getting picked up at the airport on my return trip was quick.

Quick and easy covered parking, friendly service and prompt ride to the terminal.
On return the car was already brought up to the bus stop and ready to load the luggage.
Only drawback was the wait for the bus to pick us up at the terminal. Some people could not get on the bus and has to wait for another one to come. However, I would use the service again.

The people who work at the Oakland site are so extremely nice and helpful! I had an issue with a dead battery and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and as comfortable as possible while they attempted to jump my battery and then getting AAA service when their efforts were unsuccessful. My battery was very dead and even AAA couldn't use their battery pack to jump it and had to jump it the old fashioned way. I have always found this service convenient, well priced and customer service oriented every time I use them (several times a year).

Easy

I was able to quickly reserve and pay for our parking a day before our trip. The website was simple and easy to navigate. The price was fair. The shuttle promptly picked us up and took us to the airport. I love that the driver gave us a card with our parking spot on it. I was able to tuck it away in my wallet and give it to the shuttle driver that picked us up on our return. Door to door service! No complaints at all!

Convenience.
Though your marketing emails could use some work. Had one that offered 20% off. Clicked it a couple times, and then eventually clicking it showed no discount (discount had not expired!)
...had to jump through hoops to figure out what the discount code was supposed to be!! Seems a tad shady if that was intended.

Very convenient and efficient. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My only complaint was that I prepaid for covered parking and was not directed that way when I got there. Being my first time there and it went so far, I didn't pause to ask which is on me. I'll know for next time!

The best Park N Fly in San Francisco. I love using this parking lot, and the shuttle bus is always available to take you to the airport and pick up back to the lot. Staff were helpful and friendly especially the driver.
