Pick up and drop off at car

Parking was easy and I didn’t have to wait long for the bus to and from the airport.

Friendly drivers; safe location for vehicle.

Convenience and reliability

Very convenient pick up at both Park n Fly and at the airport and shuttle service

I love the drivers. They’re all so helpful and pleasant and professional. It really makes a difference when I travel. The entire staff at PNF are wonderful, kind people.

Good device : valet team always helpful

I always used your valet parking whenever I fly but when I saw you now have self park at a lesser cost I decided to try that. Upon arriving the attendant was very pleasant and guided us through and when it was time to pick up our car the shuttle driver brought us right to our car. It was easy access out as well

It’s fast and convenient. I like having a huranteed spot.

We did not use this service as our plans had changed and I was not able to find a way to cancel. Not sure if future plans,

Easy check in and out. Shuttles pick up at your car. Easy return access. Drivers friendly and helpful with luggage

Even as a self park I received high quality service from Patrick F!

You have the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with. Both shuttle drivers that we came in contact with were so kind and courteous. We would not hesitate to use Park ‘n fly again!

You guys rock! we have been using you for years and have never had a bum experience. We got picked up as soon as we park, we get picked up at airport right after we call or text we have luggage. All of your staff have been awesome. keep up the good work!

Convenient

Friendly staff- easy to navigate lot

We like the fact that your shuttles are always there when we need them. They follow us to our parking spot and then they whisk us off to the airport, dropping us as close as possible to where we need to go.

We also truly appreciate that your employees go out of their way to assist us when we have any questions or needs.

On-time - courteous and always smiling and friendly. Pick-up is only a few minutes no matter if it is terminal 1 or terminal 2. We thank the drivers for making our trip from beginning to end worry-free! Cheri from Monticello

The location was pretty easy to find and very close to the terminal. Just allow time to get there in case of Miami traffic. It was easy to check in with the code and easy to arrange a pick up (info sent via a text). They also had the car waiting for us upon our arrival. We did use valet service so not sure if this is offered on other options. Overall, if we need to fly out of Miami again we’d use this location.

Convenient; friendly, helpful drivers, fast service

Easy, convenient, good value, reliable.

Ease of service and affordable.

We had a dead battery and the attendant on duty helped out in a very friendly and professional manner. When we left the cashier offered us water and asked if our problem was resolved

Service is very prompt, no waiting around, drivers are helpful with luggage & get you to and from the airport quickly & courteously !

Was very easy. Van was pulling up as soon as i exited the airport upon my return. Everyone was very personable. Thank you!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the Hartford CT location. I called to purchase vouchers and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. I want to especially acknowledge Patrick F who was our driver from the airport back to Park n Fly. He was very personable and the first driver who talked to us on the ride. Definitely someone who needs to be acknowledged.

Convenient and no problems.

I like the convenience with parking off-site and taking a shuttle to and from the airport without the expense of parking at the airport or relying on a taxi/uber driver to get me to the airport on time.
