We had the kindest driver when we returned to the airport in Philadelphia and discovered our car battery was dead.
Our van driver did not hesitate for one moment and helped us get a charge which was not easy because it's a Toyota Prius and the battery is difficult to access in the back of the car.

He went over and above!!!

I like the parking lot seems to be pretty secure, the shuttles being right there to pick you up at the parking lot and at the airport, and the price.
