Customer Testimonials

I really like the park and fly system. Your drivers are friendly and helpful and you make enough friends that I am never nervous about making my flight. I will continue using you.

Quick, efficient, priced right and very easy to use both departures and arrival.

Quick & Easy

Nice drivers, clean shuttles. Usually enough spaces

We have used the service numerous times. The driver’s are always helpful & courteous.

Frequent shuttle busses. Courteous drivers.

This is by far one of the best places to park when flying out if you don't have a ride to drop you off. It might not look like they have buses out there to pick you up but believe me, they will find you and pick you up and take you to the airport real quick. They will also drop you off at your car just as fast. This place will also give you a complimentary wash in case you park outside. Top-notch if you ask me.

The drivers are always very helpful and friendly! We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up. Great customer service!

Reliable and quick

Quick pick ups

Good shuttle service

I made reservations for covered parking. We were greeted at the entrance and directed to the covered area for parking. After parking, we were met very quickly by the shuttle bus to IAH and helped with our luggage. When we returned to Houston on 2/12, we were met by a very cheerful shuttle bus driver, Fatai. He provided excellent service, loading our luggage onto the shuttle bus , then unloading it and taking it for us over to our parked vehicle in the covered lot. When we exited, we were pleasantly greeted by a female employee who confirmed that we were paid in full. The whole process was very easy. We will definitely use Park ‘N Fly when we travel again.
