Customer Testimonials

It was fast. Pulled up to the booth had paperwork ready. Got parked and to the terminal in plenty of time to catch our flight.

I love the convenience. The drivers are friendly (Rinh on this trip) and helpful and I think the price is very reasonable.

Easy access to airport. Nice to just stand by car and wait to be picked up which happened quickly.
Did not like: the long trek from drop off at airport to get to our gate but I realize that is nothing Park n Fly can control. Would be nice to be dropped off at Departure area rather than having to take the tram and walk so far.

There is always a shuttle there when I park. It takes very little time once I fly back into the MSP airport before a shuttle is there to pick me up to take me to my car. Luke was the shuttle driver on Monday, 2/13 when I arrived back in MN and he was very friendly and helpful. Really lucky to have great drivers as well.

The courteousness of the shuttle drivers.
Ease of check in and check out with the scanner

I like that the lot is close to the airport, so a shorter shuttle ride. After parking my car, the shuttle is there immediately to pick me up. Staff has always been friendly. Upon return, drop-off at my car has been quick and in the exact spot where my car was parked. I also like that there frequent enough sales that I can get a deal on parking - being on a fixed income, I like that.

Convenient location, friendly staff, shuttles running around the clock

A good price, never have to wait for a shuttle to pick me up from my car to the terminal; only a minor wait for a shuttle from the terminal to my car (I don't even call for a shuttle because the shuttles are timely), the free car wash is great, and most importantly the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great facility, prompt pick up and drop off. Friendly service.

I use this service all the time. The employees are extremely courteous and helpful and the location proximity to the airport is fantastic. I would highly recommend a service!
