Great people, fast service, good value

I was nervous about using this service but the shuttle people were all very nice and helpful, even helping us find a spot when the lot was nearly full when we came the lot the afternoon of Feb 10th. The man driving when we returned Monday night Feb 13th was very professional and diligent about communicating with the other shuttles to make sure one was coming to pick up a larger group with a baby that didn't fit on the shuttle we were on.
A couple things I found confusing, using the service for the first time: I didn't know how to scan my reservation I had printed out when I got to the parking lot. The directions at the gate could be clearer for those of us not very familiar with scanning QR codes. I didn't see where I was supposed to scan. It let me in the lot when I took a ticket, but I'm not sure if I had been a half hour later I would have had a spot to park, even though I reserved one, because I heard the shuttle guy tell someone the lot was full after we got on. The lady working as a cashier when we left the lot (night of Feb 13th) was nice and helpful about us having both a reservation and a ticket we pulled coming into the lot.
The other thing that was confusing is I didn't know if we were supposed to call a shuttle when we got off the plane. We waited with a group of people at the shuttle pick up, but using this service for the first time I wouldn't have known what to do if I didn't ask someone else waiting. There were too many people to fit on the shuttle that came, and when the driver was talking to the office, I heard them say that no one had called from the main terminal for a ride. The piece of paper the shuttle guy gave me when we dropped off the car said we didn't need to call for pick up from the main terminal before midnight, but based on that conversation, and the fact that there were too many people for the shuttle that came, made me wonder if we were supposed to.
Other than those things that were confusing for a first time user, the service was good and I would use it again.
