I appreciate the attention to Picking up guests quickly and getting us to the airport and back to our car quickly. I have been impressed with the Drivers getting off the shuttle at times and offering to load bags in my car. Not always Necessary but they care about the people they are transporting and actions speak louder than words in those cases.

It was fast and easy. I love how the shuttle came directly to my car when I arrived. I never had to wait more than 30 seconds for the shuttle.

There was someone there when I arrived to tell me where to go and they sent an van to me right away. The driver helped me get on the van and quickly got us going. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. The parking area was also clean and well lit.

Professional, courteous, efficient, on-time. Plus, I left a lap top in the van and when I noticed at TSA, and panicked, I received a call from the office informing me the driver was outside with my computer. What a great service. Why would I ever park anywhere else! Thank you all.

What do you like about our services?

This was my first time using Park N Fly. Was extremely pleased with my experience from the start. As a novice with park and rides I was overwhelmed (I went through the wrong entrance even though Valet Parking was clearly marked). Soon I was put at ease by the friendly and courteous staff. The shuttle was prompt both arriving at departures and picking me up once I returned to PHL. My car was ready for when I arrived which surprised me.
I want to especially want to give a shout out to Tanaya T on the courteous and friendly cashier that helped me when at the exit gate . I did not have my confirmation number or receipt but she patiently worked with me and retrieved the information.
