Online reservation, quick access to terminal.

always easy to book, and avaialble when we arrive back at bradley for a pick up

Fast and convenient. Good rates as well

It’s so convenient and the people who work there are so friendly. I never worry about the safety of my car.

Shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful. New pick up point at the airport is a bit of a hassle and makes the waiting time to be longer.

Location, friendly service. and short wait times.

The drivers are nice and very helpful.

Very professionally operated.

Price was important in my decision to use Park DIA. Would like to see more buses for pickup at the airport

Conveniently located. Shuttles have been available right away the last several times I've been there.

Very curious, friendly and quick

Friendly drivers and very convenient.

Prompt pick up from shuttles, friendly & helpful drivers, low daily rates

The ease, the friendliness and timeliness. All important when traveling as any travel is stressful.

Prompt friendly service. Easy in and out. Priced right.

The service is amazing!! From the shuttle picking you up at your vehicle and loading your luggage to the service of dropping you off at your terminal and the ease of contacting via text for a pickup not to mention the promptness of pick up. All the staff from the people at the gate to the drivers were very friendly. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Friendly staff and very efficient system - everything works well and I feel that my car is in a safe parking area. Thank you for the good service.

QUICK AND EASY, MY CAR IS WAREMED UP WHEN I GET HOME

We have been using the service for several years. The entire process from booking to pick is very easy. We love the fact that the shuttle follows you to your parking spot and loads up your luggage right away and off the airport you go! When we arrive back home we text the number provided by the driver and after we get our luggage the shuttle is usually waiting outside in the pick up area. If it is not there it arrives within a few minutes to take us back to the lot to our car.
Everyone we have encountered over the years have been wonderful & helpful.

Always up to par, drivers fabulous, transport so easy!

I love park and fly Oakland. While service standards decline, Park and Fly Oakland is a notable exception. What a great pleasure to have welcoming and helpful staff from entrance to exit and in between on ride to airport and back. Thanks for running a well organized and well managed business.

Very friendly! Quick service! Very safe!

The attendant was waiting for us upon returning to CLE airport, even though our flight was delayed 1.5 hours! Very much appreciate the prompt service! The attendants always bring you right back to your vehicle. Service is simple and easy to use!

Easy schedule friendly driver on time, no waiting

Fast!!

Very close to the airport. Friendly workers. Fast service - did not have to go into an office, just pulled up, got out of the car, hopped on the shuttle and were at the airport!

Very prompt shuttles! Affordable rates for parking.

Convenient... reliable.... affordable and great service.

Seems easy to use. I was the only passenger on the return trip van. Glad he didn't hang around Midway for more passengers. Good trip all the way around. looking forward to the next trip next week.

it is a good service. However, I have to say that I waited for the shuttle do give me a ride back for more than 15 minutes. I understand it was early in the morning. Also, the free code for washing the car does not work
