The shuttle is always so quick to pick you up when you first park and then when you land at airport to go back. Never any issues with the outside lot. Drivers are very polite and always helpful with luggage.

Convenance and location. I do have one complaint; you need to have buses waiting for guest to be picked up at the airport. On my last 3 trips, I had to wait for a bus for over 20 minutes.

I absolutely loved the valet service. I did not have to worry about losing my keys on vacation and my car was waiting and warm when I got back.
Service is very convenient to me. Front gate manager and bus operators are always friendly and informative.
Pick up and drop off was great. When I couldn't find my QR code to check out as I had previously paid with my reservation, the lady at the gate found my name and let me out, but it seemed like it was a bother to her.
