Good shuttle coverage
Someone is at the gate to help you when you pull in and tells you almost exactly where to park. By the time you park the van is there waiting for you. They write your spot on the ticket so there's no forgetting your spot. When you leave there is a real person at the gate to help you check out and he even offered me water. Every single time I have used park and fly in Oakland the drivers have been helpful. Have no complaints at all. Thank you

Price was right. Clean organized parking lot that was gated. Drivers both to and from PHI were very nice men. I was concerend when my flight was delayed 3 hours, arriving at 3am and had to call for a pick-up tto get an automated response BUT it actually went very smoothly; except for my inexperience with finding the Zone 3 for shuttle pick-up. I know Newark Airport very well, not PHI... but it all worked out. I already told my son to make sure he uses Park N Fly. He flies out of PHI alot.
