Customer Testimonials
Friendly and courteous people.
Great door to car service!
We did not have to wait very long for a shuttle
They dropped us off at the door, which was very appreciated
The ride was smooth and felt safe
The transport bus follows you right in the parking lot to pick you up. Pleasant and efficient. It’s the perfect way to get to the airport and knowing your car is safe!
It provided parking solution when it was needed and while neither exactly cheap nor exactly perfect, it was definitely acceptable.
Which is the sweet spot for any business,
I like your location but i am not happy that all the years I used Park N Fly I lost all the accrued free parking I had. Seems they expired since I could not travel during Covid
Transparent pricing, efficient pick up, drop offs and returns. Seemless… nice service
Cover area, bus pick up could be better. I waited, 40 minutes to be picked up and the bus wad full only one bus working. Shameful.
Safety quick service
All staff friendly and helpful. Valet, front desk, driver all made sure my trip was smooth. When I called because I had left one of my phones in my car, they were quick to confirm it was there and would be there when I returned a week later. And it was. Thank you!
Everything you provide is done professionally
Quick Shuttle back and forth
During our arrival the driver was right there to pick us up. On our return the van driver was right on time for pick up and delivered us directly to our car. He was polite and helpful in providing some local recommendations.
Timely, service, convinient
You are always responsive and on time. Your valet service is the best. We trust that when we text you to "Come Get Me!" that you do

How easy it was to use
Easy to work with. Quick and efficient.
Very easy and workers are super kind! Close to the airport and cheap! Will continue using Park N Fly
Easy to get to. Very friendly staff. The drivers are always so nice and helpful with the luggage. Secured parking. I feel comfortable parking my car there while traveling.
Quick, close, easy to use
Fast pickup and dropoff
The drivers are so helpful and kind. When I was leaving, I was having issues with getting my barcode to pull up. Agent at the gate was sweet and patient. Parking lot was clean and I felt comfortable leaving my car there with no worries.
