I was greeted by Denisha upon arriving for my trip, and when I arrived back. She is a wonderful representative of your company. She was pleasant, upbeat, and friendly. It is rare these days to find someone who enjoys their job. Hopefully Denisha will continue with Park 'N Fly and make every customer's experience as great as mine.

the drivers were awesome, very quick service. We waited just a few minutes at the airport and a crowd filled up the first van, but a second one came before the first even left. The only bummer was the barcode wouldn't scan on my phone, so I had to try to get out of line and find the paper, still couldn't find it, so we had to ask the person for help.

I could not have been more impressed with every person my family came into contact with at the MSP Park 'N Fly. They day we arrived we were greeted at the gate and told the general area to park our car. Before we even got out of our parked car, the bus was waiting for us. The driver hopped out, welcomed us to MSP, helped us with our luggage and away we went! They gave us great instructions to follow when we returned later that week.
When we got back, the driver was waiting for us, welcomed us back to the frigid tundra of the Midwest, and helped us with our luggage. My husband handed him our ticket and we drove right to our car! I have never utilized MSP or Park 'N Fly Minneapolis and honestly, even though the drive is 4 hours, the ease of it all makes the extra travel time worth it! (We are slightly closer to Chicago). We were super tired when we got back. Wheels hit the runway at 6:40, we were pulling out of Park 'N Fly Minneapolis by 7:20. Taxing to the gate, deplaning, baggage claim, shuttle ride back to our car, loading up and leaving. The time stamp on our receipt was 7:20.

I will for sure recommend MSP Park 'N Fly to anyone and will 100% use it again!
