What do you like about our services?

Easy to book online. Clear pricing. Check in was easy and shuttle was immediately available. Upon return didn't have to wait more than 5 min for shuttle back to lot. By far the easiest parking process at PHL I've ever had. Will definitely continue to use going forward.

What do you like about our services?

All great EXCEPT driving around the parking lot to fill the last two seats on the bus for 20 minutes is too long.

What do you like about our services?

park n fly makes it so easy to travel. quick dropoff and transfer to airport and normally less than 15 minute wait at the airport to be picked up after getting your luggage in hand. My only complaint is the cost which is in line with surrounding parking sites but they are all expensive for simply housing a parked car.

What do you like about our services?

Friendly and professional drivers. They go out of their way to help. They keep the vans moving and I have never exceeded 25 minutes from the time I drive my car in to their facility until I am dropped off at the door to check-in for my flight. Pick up is the same. I love the convenience and the indoor parking.
