The busses are very regular for pickup. The app is getting better, the ability to see where the busses are is a big plus. And the team seems very friendly, much friendlier over the past six months or so.

easy to reserve a space, pick up from the space to the airport was also easy. When we arrived, we found the van to take back to the parking lot very easily, it was waiting for us so everything went smoothly.

I did want to share some thing that happened that hasn’t happened before:
On the bus to go back to my car after my trip, I was asked if I had a paper to show my code. I said I didn’t. I received it via the phone. When I got back, they watched me to make sure I was going to my car that I wasn’t lying. It wasn’t a big deal, but, your workers should know that some people just have the code on their phone.
Still, I’m very happy with park and fly, will continue to use it, and recommend it to others.
