This was the very best parking service I've ever experienced! The parking area is paved, well lit & the spaces are well marked. The shuttle was clean & comfortable and the drivers were friendly & efficient. Upon checking out, the attendant handed us bottled water. There is no need to try any other facility in my opinion. Thank-you!

Your team is terrific!, you took all of the worries out of the airport rat race. Dropped of for flight was great and being picked up at the baggage claim was so fast after are flight was delayed an hour and a half at Ft Lauderdale arriving in Philly. Our car was ready and waiting for us when we got to your location. Thanks again and yes we will see you next March 2024 for our next vacation week!

I love the convenience and the Frequent Parker program. Pricing has always been good for covered parking too which I appreciate.
One thing I've noticed though since the change in pick-up location is the reduction in the number of buses rotating through the pick-up spot. PnF Plus used to be one of the best with always having a bus waiting and never having to wait long.

Lately, though, it seems that other companies will have 2-3 buses come by before PnF even has 1. This has caused some frustrations when you are standing there for some time and other companies have buses coming and going before you see even a single PnF bus.

This would indicate that it's not a shortage of drivers since the other companies have plenty. PnF needs to acknowledge this drop-off in customer service and do something to address it.
