Very easy service to use and I didn't have to wait long for a shuttle either way.

I used the airport's "in house" lots and shuttle service for quite some time. Always thought that was a reasonable option if you were looking for an economical option. At some point I found ParkDIA. What an upgrade. Nicer, more frequent shuttles. Better lot. Better, more helpful drivers. Making the effort to drop you off right at your car. Handling your bags. A rewards program. The list goes on and on. I've always had a good experience and will continue to come back.

Easy online setup, clean parking lot, excellent bus service

The drivers are always available and very helpful with getting luggage on and off the bus. They are always very attentive and happy to have us using their services.

Price, personal, cleanliness and one time both to and from airport. Makes the trip easy both going and on return.

I’ve been traveling with you guys for years and there have been hiccups. But the past 6 months or so it’s seems like y’all have really got it dialed. Fast pick up at both ends, friendly staff and reasonable prices with a coupon. Thanks for the coupons they have been great! I recommend y’all all the time!

easy reservation process; staff onsite and drivers were all helpful and friendly; i liked that i could use the app to let you know that i needed a pickup at the airport - and the text message response was immediate; although parking spot had a couple of more pickups in the same time frame I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes once i let them know I was there; parking spaces were few and far between but i had a reservation and I did find a parking spot - you could probably use more spaces; the shuttle was clean and the seats were fairly new - better than the last shuttle i used from parking spot; as long as you can beat parking spot on the daily price I will likely continue to use park n fly...it's a smaller operation but i think the service was better

The parking attendants were all very nice and friendly. They send out shuttles whenever you call them (even at 2am) and the prices are very reasonable.

Very convenient location to the airport. The app is great to see where shuttles are located and the ability to request a pickup.

I would recommend that you change the color of the shuttles between the Conley street location and the Plus location. I would’ve save at least 5 minutes between the driver and passenger going back and forth about the parking location instead of relying on the parking ticket which people tend to lose.

Ease of use and friendly service

This place is very well-run. It's easy to book parking and check in on the app, and i like that there's always an employee now that tells you which row to park in. The shuttles are usually quick, and the prices are good.

and went out of his way to put my luggage in my car trunk. This was very appreciated considering I am a person with a physical disability that relies on a cane. I didn’t even have to ask him, he offered.

This trip was the smoothest we have had. We drove up and were met by a valet. The shuttle bus was nearby and we got on quickly. There was one other passenger and we promptly took off for the airport. Upon our return we saw a Park N Fly bus passing by as we were leaving Terminal 1. We walked to the waiting area and within 8 minutes another bus showed up. We were dropped off at our vehicle and were able to leave right away.
