I use a similar service in Denver when I am traveling from Denver International Airport. The Park 'N Fly service is very timely and the parking facilities well maintained.

The people driving the shuttle were very kind and helpful. The gentleman who checked us out was also very kind and helpful.

The lady, however, in the cashier's office outside was quite rude. When I asked a questions she snipped and complained and just said "cuz I told you to back up, that's why".

This service was wonderful. We did not have to wait for transport to or from the airport. Most of all, the staff was extremely helpful with our luggage and we were grateful for their professionalism and kindness.
