I had made an online reservation but upon arrival at 430 in the morning I was not quick enough to scan the OR code correctly, and took the ticket. Upon departure, I explained this to the attendant, and she quickly fixed the situation with no issue. Appreciated that help.

Professional, friendly, helpful and caring staff. Your car feels safe in the lot. The transition between parking your car and joining the shuttle to the airport is very quick. Also getting on the shuttle back to the parking lot is fast as well.

Generally, the drivers are friendly and courteous.

Speed of the shuttle back was great; going out a bit slow to pick up. Bathroom could be a little cleaner--it would be nice to have a hook on the door so your bag can stay off the floor.

Fast pickup and fast delivery to the airport

I was able to park my F-250 truck in a better spot versus the previous parking spot from traveling. The last parking spot was very tight and close to the cars.

Easy pick up/drop off for our trip last week. We used the 1/2 off coupon to get spot in the covered area and felt better knowing car was protected from any random hail storm since April is prime hail season. Recommended to a friend who is traveling in a few weeks. Thanks.
