Everything went perfectly smooth. This lot was recommended by a friend/coworker and I felt very comfortable using it after looking at the website. The minute we got out of our car to unload the luggage a pleasant gentleman ran to us asking if we were ready. He got our luggage and ushered us to the bus. He helped us unload. The process was organized and he knew after asking us what airline where he’d need to go. After our late night/early morning return, I clicked on the link provided via text the day prior and it advised us exactly what zone to wait at. Same experience with the driver, very courteous and accommodating even carrying the luggage to the car, not just dumping us off. Will highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I love that you have added more frequent parker parking - as a platinum member this is 100% important to me, I don't want to be driving all over the ramp looking for parking. I hope you continue this and monitor it for "cheats".

Close to the airport. Smooth transition with shuttles

Everyone is so nice and ready to go when I get there.

We arrived at facility and our ride was following us to parking spot. No waiting at all.
In our return, our ride was at airport already. Super nice staff. We always park at your facility without any trouble whatsoever. Thank you!!

Very organized outfit!

Avoids driving into congested airport. More cost effective than parking at airport or using a taxi or ride share. Don’t have to wait for a ride in busy lanes in front of airport. Fast and easy for me.

Quick fast and easy

After a few of horrible experiences waiting an hour or two on shuttles last year, I received some credits as an apology - which was much appreciated. Definitely glad I decided to stick with ParkDIA after years of being a loyal customer. We arrived back home from a trip this past Monday and our experience was as seamless as previous years. Shuttle was waiting when we got there (I think they knew our flight had just landed), and took off as soon as we sat down, even with some open seats. Thank you so much for the great service after a very long day of travel! We'll be back!
