It was a little confusing when I tried to book on the Website, perhaps because it was late at night so I called to make reservations. I was put on hold and did not feel confident that my reservation was quite right. I called back the next morning and my reservation was not taken at all the night before but I was sold a coupon book for seven days worth of parking. After talking to to a few employees, my reservation was taken using some of the coupons and the remainder coupons mailed to me. At time of drop off and pick up, the process was flawless.

I can’t believe I have never used this service before! I will only park with you from now on. As soon as I parked my car the shuttle pulled up and Edie, the driver, was incredibly helpful explaining how the system worked. I was at the airport in a jiffy. At the end of my trip, it was again Edie who drove me—she’s so friendly and amazing!—and I was back to my car with no waiting. It was like having my own personal driving service! I also want to commend Rachel at the cashier area, who was so kind and gave me a cold bottle of water on my way out. What amazing service all around. Thanks Park ‘N Fly!

Very easy and safe to use. The only glitch is that your end of trip email made it seem that we had to scan the barcode you sent us at a piece of equipment at the airport before texting you for pick up. Another traveler misconstrued this, too. You may want to rephrase your text.

Everyone is always friendly and extremely helpful from getting out of the car and loaded on the shuttle. We've never waited long to get to or from the airport; our arrivals and departures are always no stress situations.
