The shuttle drivers are always very friendly and helpful! I use valet parking, my car is always waiting for me when I return on the shuttle, and the parking attendants are very nice and courteous as well!

I loved that I didn’t have to wait ! The driver followed me to my parking location and even helped with my bags . I waited less than a minute once I returned to Houston , and the sweet driver helped me find my car , and she was patient with me . The whole experience was a WIN!!
