We live closer to Ohare but are loyal to Southwest and actually prefer Midway airport. It’s not always easy to find someone to give us a ride to or from Midway, being that far away. We have used Park & Fly many times and are always very satisfied.

Everything was super smooth from start to finish. Nancy was super helpful at the gate when we got their and also when we left. Both drivers we felt with were also very helpful with our luggage and getting us to and from the parking lot safely. We never worried about our car. We will definetly be back!

I am a Frequent Parker and have used this satellite lot to Oakland International Airport many times. The most recent time I made a typo when making my reservation and arrived a day late. I called on my way to the airport and the agent got me squared away. Then, after my trip, the car battery was dead. No problem. The manager gave me a jump lickety-split and I was on my way. I can't say enough about the customer service. Thanks!
