Shuttle was quick, my car was safe, easy to book, easy to scan into and out of the lot. I had a change of plans, and had to cancel my stay and rebook. My cancelled stay was refunded within a couple of days.

Drivers were attentive and timely. We had a female driver on the way back that made our day with her energy. We've used your service for years... through good and bad.... but seems to have improved. Hopefully the days of waiting an hour at the airport for shuttles is over.

Park 'N Fly Midway is by far the best parking service I have ever used. I wish I had found them years ago. The service is friendly and fast. The employees were all helpful, nice, and polte. Great job and thank you for the wonderful service.
