Very nice Drivers

The early AM pick-up was not good, driver took family (that parked down the aisle, well after we arrived… that ran towards it and then passed us up!! Called office a few times… they finally got another bus to pick us up 15 min later! Not good when trying to catch early flight.

In contrast, when we returned to Oakland airport the driver was waiting at F4 and return to lot was very efficient, and driver was very nice. This was more like our usual experience!

This was so much better then economy parking. I will never use on-site airport parking again. It ended up costing a little less than economy with the on-line coupon. When you arrive, drive comes right to your row, and helps you with your luggage, no waiting for a shuttle at the stop. Then they gave you a card with your parking area labeled and phone number to text upon your return for pickup. However i received a text day before my return, and all i had to do was reply to the text for pickup, and again driver took me right to my car. Excellent.

it's so easy! I reserve online, pull into the building and hand over my keys, hop on the shuttle bus (and appreciate the help with my luggage) and then I'm off to the terminal. When I return I text, flag a bus and the car is ready and waiting. It's even easier than parking at the airport lots.

Shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at my car and it was self park. Nancy welcomed us back with a great smile and a bottles of cold water.

I have been using Park 'N Fly more than 10 years. It is very convienient location. Shuttle service is very good. Drivers always help me with lugguage. Of course, I always have little tips for drivers. It would make a happy day for all of us. Thank you.
