The shuttle service was pleasant with very friendly drivers. When we returned to our car, we found the battery drained. After a quick walk to the office, our driver returned and gave us a jump to get us on our way home within a few minutes. That's customer service! Thank you so much!

Very pleasant staff and quick to and from airport.

Our reservation made it seamless!!! We drove right in, parked, and a shuttle was there before we got out of the car to drive us to the terminal. The return trip to the car was just as quick.

Two stars more for letting us know our lights were on and that they indeed turned off. Plus with prepay the cost is less and you zip right in and out!!! Kudos to Park N Fly!!!

The valet promptly checked my car in and loaded my luggage onto the shuttle. On my return, the valet dispatched the shuttle for me. My car was waiting for me and my luggage was loaded for me.
