The first shuttle driver seemed to have trouble finding me in covered parking the day I arrived. That’s never happened to me.

However, Shelby was my shuttle driver when I returned home for the drive from the airport to PNF on Friday, 4/28. I told him I’d been in probably 10 shuttles on my trip and he was by far the best “service provider”. He was courteous, helped with all the bags, provided information, etc. Man, woman, young, or old, he treated everyone the same. He loaded and unloaded bags taking them to the car and loading them up for the customer. It’s also the first shuttle ride where all 5 passengers had their wallets out, eager to tip for service provided. It is difficult to get this kind of service these days, especially post-COVID. He even reminded me to take advantage of the free car wash on my way out. So kudos to Shelby. What an asset to PNF!
