Easy in/easy out

Very good service from the time you pull in to the parking lot Till the time you return from your trip to pick up the car. Always good service form all who have contact with. Easy parking and easy shuttle service to and from airport. Shuttle picks you up at the of your car once you park. No need to walk thru parking lot to a pick up spot. I suggest try it its the best way to park at Midway.

I love PNF but need to let you know that your website and app is very, very glitchy. It takes several attempts to create a reservation. The app also wouldn't allow me to put my reservation into my Apple Wallet which meant that I couldn't go through the quick line to leave since I didn't have the QR code. Not just me has issues with it, friends and coworkers as well.

The shuttle was quick and made our trip to the airport and back super easy.

Driver was at my car immediately. Courteous. Handled my 2 pieces of luggage. My $5 tip should have been $10 and will be the next time. I am a former frequent flyer who went PHL to MYR for a week of golf. The pickup at the terminal on my return late Saturday May 13 was the same. A solid "10" and THANK YOU!

On line reservations, QR code access, advised what lanes had open parking and prompt bus service.

Hands down, one of the most efficient, seamless airport-related operations we have ever experienced, not only in South Florida but everywhere else we have traveled to. Most importantly, can't say enough about how courteous and personable your shuttle drivers as well as the parking attendants were. Talk about a model for truly excellent customer service.
