We were picked up as soon as we parked. Driver assisted us with loading luggage. Dropped off at our car and assisted us again.

Very convenient service. I pre-booked online and dropped car off at valet. Bus service to and from the terminal was fast and driver helped with luggage on both ends. When I picked the car up I was met by an attendant and receipt and keys were in the car and I was on the road 5 minutes after getting to the lot. All in all a very positive experience.

Speed at drop-off and on pick-up. Car always ready and parked in conspicuous spot on return.

Philadelphia PHL Parking spaces too small, rows are too narrow. VERY difficult to pull in and out of spots. Also you have so many cars at the valet that it is very hard to just get into the lot.

Exiting on Saturday morning at 7am, I have now on two occasions had to go back inside and get an attendant because the automated exit was not working.

Reservation system is easy to use, indoor parking, clean shuttle busses, friendly/helpful drivers, proximity to airport
