The shuttle drivers are very nice and very helpful, taking my luggage out of my car when I leave my car off and then putting my luggage back in my car when I return. I have been using this facility for many years and wouldn’t leave my car anywhere else.

Good service from both drivers and dispatch when I called with a question about my transaction. I made the mistake of walking across the Terminal F lanes to departures, looking for the pickup zone, and I called to let them know, and the driver still found me! They were great!
