Efficient drop-off and pick up. Sometimes shuttle wait times were somewhat long, but this time and the last few times it was quick on both ends.

It was very easy and organized. The shuttle picked us at our car and the driver loaded our luggage for us. When we got back from our trip, I called and a shuttle picked us up in less than 15 minutes, dropped us off at our car, unloaded everything. Your company made the whole getting to and from the airport so much nicer!!

Nancy was incredibly warm and welcoming on our way in, helping us manually check in when our QR code wasn't registering quickly. Loved being picked up and dropped off by the bus directly from our car in the self-park area (what a kind touch)! And it was tremendous to run into Nancy again on our way out of the lot - she asked about our trip, offered us water bottles for the drive home, and put huge smiles on our faces as a great cherry on top for our vacation!
