When we got on the shuttle, the driver called in our valet ticket number so our car was waiting for us as soon as we got to the lot. After a long day of travel it was greatly appreciated to have our car pickup go so smoothly and quickly.

The shuttle drivers and valet are friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers even help you with your bags. I also like how they seem to anticipate your arrival by parking your car to the front the day you arrive. It just felt like it took about 15 minutes to get picked up from the airport.

Ease of access to the parking lot on arrival and the ease of getting picked back up upon return. All staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful.
