The attended at the gate was helpful and friendly. The drivers were friendly and place our items in the bus. But I would like to see more of them when it’s time to come back. The wait was rather long.

I spoke with the Assistant Manager (?) either way he was super nice and helped me with the one issue I had that I caused! The drivers were so polite, fast, safe and very responsive. I will use again and keep recommending them!

Everything went smoothly except one issue that I had. I got a text from Park and Fly Plus the day of my return. It made no sense and I had never received this text before. The text said "click on the link to use your scannable QR code at our equipment. Wneh you have your luggage and are at the pickup location reply back to this number, Come get me" What number?? Finally I just went to the pick up location on the lower level North terminal and found the Park and Fly pick up area.. So the text that was sent to me was totally not needed and very confusing. At the very lease it needs to re reworded.
Other than that weird text the service was great.Great divers and valet parking help. Highly recommend park and Fly Plus.

GREAT SERVICE. Friendly staff from the time we pull in to the time we come back. The staff is amazing. Always courteous, takes care of our vehicle . GREAT JOB. WE ALWAYS USE PARK AND FLY PLUS.

Close to the airport so it is not a long ride. That means I don't have to park my car extra early to make my flight. And then the shuttle to the airport is there when I am still taking my luggage out of the car.

I rarely wait very long at the airport for a shuttle upon my return. So all in all I find it very convenient for a reasonable price.
