After a long day of travel, I came back to my car to a flat tire. I walked to the front to ask if I called AAA, if they'd let them in, or if the truck they sent would fit. The woman at the front said yes, but, overhearing the conversation, Andres volunteered to just help me himself. He said it would only take about 15 minutes, as opposed to waiting an hour or more for AAA. He went above and beyond to help me and had my on my way very quickly. We always park here anyways, but this definitely solidified our choice to continue to be loyal customers!

Very nice man that took us to airport on the 20 . On way back this monday 29 the lady helped us out . I lost the card the man gave me with number on it .. Knew the address and row 5 . She said do not worry and took us right out to our car .. So nice of her ..

What do you like about our services?

It is so easy to use and the people working there are great! There are plenty of shuttles so you rarely need to wait very long. Plus it’s a lot more economical than parking in the garage. Whenever I fly out of Midway, I will always park here. Keep up the great work!

What do you like about our services?

The drivers to and from the airport were so very nice and so very helpful! The driver that picked us up from our return flight (9:45 pm 5/28/23) was literally a life saver! We had two golf club bags and 3 suitcases which he took care of on and off the bus- a lot of heavy lifting and he was so pleasant and helpful - took the clubs and luggage and put in our car. We could not have asked for more! And the bus was right there when we deplaned - no waiting at all! Just a wonderful experience!!! Thank you Park’n Fly!

What do you like about our services?

Being able to drop off your car and a shuttle is readily available to take you to the airport. On this last trip the wait time for a pick up from the airport was very short which was fantastic after a long day of travel
