Park and Fly gets me as close to my departure gate as possible. Their drivers are friendly an and helpful. Pick up times are usually short.

It's easy to sign up for a spot. The in and out process works very smoothly. Your scanners work, unlike the airport lot. Your drivers are helpful and friendly; like the football coach from Woodbury who picked me up when I came back after Memorial Day weekend.

Super quick shuttle service on both sides. They got me back to my car quickly on arrival and waited for me to enter my car before leaving. I felt safe since it was pretty late.

Overall good experience. Ability to make reservation/pay online with QR codes to scan upon entry and exit is really efficient. Find that the lot itself is a bit difficult to navigate but not too bad. Upon arrival back at IAH the wait for a shuttle was longer than expected and total time from arriving at IAH to get to my vehicle at the Park N Fly lot was a pain point.
